1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to stock availability. Prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or e-wallet.

2. Delivery

Free delivery throughout Peninsular Malaysia. For Sabah & Sarawak, an additional RM 10 charge applies. Delivery period: 3-5 working days (Peninsular) and 5-7 working days (Sabah/Sarawak).

3. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days after receipt, provided:

• The product is in original condition and unused
• Original tags and packaging are complete
• Proof of purchase is included

4. Size Exchange

Free size exchange for the first purchase. Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days after receipt.

5. Product Warranty

Every LUMIÈRE product comes with a 30-day quality guarantee. If there is a product defect, we will replace it free of charge.

LUMIÈRE is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.
